% 11.08.2017 CM No. 28723/2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Gazette Notification where Cyber Appellate Tribunal has been substituted by Appellate Tribunal and it is further enacted that the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal established under Section 14 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 shall be Appellate Tribunal. Thus, in view of the above, the applicant is free to approach the Appellate Tribunal for further orders.
