% 20.12.2018 Learned senior counsel for the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file appropriate pleas in the execution petition, if any filed against him, in accordance with law. He further voluntarily states that the plaintiff shall deposit the costs of Rs.1 lakh with AIIMS Poor Fund Account No.10874588424 with SBI, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi (IFSC Code : SBIN0001536) within a period of three weeks.

Defendant nos.1 & 2 shall also pay the costs to defendant no.3 imposed vide order dated 12th March, 2018.
