% 01.06.2018 The petitioner claiming to be an association of builders, highlights the grievance to a tender floated by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for construction of Mega Housing Project. It is contended that the tender conditions as amended by the corrigendum issued on 12.04.2018 lack clarity with respect to the nature of technology that is acceptable to the agency (DDA). Mr. Dhanesh Relan appearing on advance notice on behalf of DDA submits that a pre-bid meeting was held on 05.04.2018 which led to the issuing of two further corrigendums and yet, another pre-bid conference/meeting would be scheduled after 04.06.2018 and that if any representation is pending or has been received on this subject, the

DDA would decide it by that date or appropriately clarify its position in the bid meeting as the case may be.

In the light of the statement made by the DDA, learned Senior Counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. Liberty is granted. Dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications also stand disposed off.
