By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 23/2016 under Sections 406/34 IPC registered at PS Lahori Gate. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court and seek regular bail.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
