% 22.11.2018 Challenge in this appeal is to the impugned judgment and decree dated 10.04.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. Mr. Khanna, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the undertaking recorded and as reflected in the judgment dated 10.04.2018 was not given in the manner as it has been recorded.
Mr. Bansal, learned counsel, who enters appearance for the respondent, disputes the submissions so made. At this stage, Mr. Khanna learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, on instructions, submits that the appellants would file a review petition. It is agreed that in case the review petition is filed within 10 days from today, Mr. Bansal would not raise the plea of limitation. Mr. Khanna submits that in case the appellants are aggrieved by the order in the review petition, the appellants would seek such remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
The appeal and all the applications are disposed of in above terms, as prayed.
