Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submits that the present suit is not a commercial dispute and valued at less than Rs.2 crores hence seeks transfer of present case to the concerned District Judge. Defendant is located at Punjabi Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 14.07.2016.
