I have perused the order. The suit property is situated in village Khera Khurd which falls in North-West District. Hence, the suit is transferred to the North-West District.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi on 20th July, 2016 for further directions.
