CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 08.07.2016 File taken up today as 07.7.2016 was declared a holiday. The petitioner is aggrieved by the letter dated 15.06.2015 addressed to the Prasar Bharti by the DDA wherein the interpool exchange communication for which the petitioner had applied had been rejected.
Learned counsel for the DDA accepts notice. He seeks time to take instructions as also to file a counter affidavit within four weeks with advance copy to the counsel for the petitioner who may file rejoinder before the next date. Learned counsel for the respondent additionally points out that the Estate Officer has already passed an order under the Public Premises Act against the petitioner qua the same suit property and an appeal against that order is listed before the District Judge. Needless to say that the District Judge will hear the
appeal as per law and the pendency of this petition will not come in the way of that appeal.
Renotify on 19.09.2016.
