CM No.4778/2018 (withdrawal of appeal) in RFA 418/2008 This is an application for withdrawal of appeal. Learned counsel for th the Appellant submits that Appellant has passed away on 20 June, 2017 and the Respondent has also passed away.

Application is allowed and appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount, lying deposited in the Registry, along with the interest accrued thereupon be refunded to the Appellant. Cheque be prepared in the name of any one of the LRs of Appellant who will also produce the authorizations from other LRs.

List before the Registrar on 8th March, 2018 for handing over the cheque to the Appellant, after examining all the authorizations. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
