Pursuant to the order dated 17.01.2019, learned District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi has forwarded a letter dated 25.01.2019, addressed to him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi accepting the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent stating inter alia that she does not wish to pursue the contempt petition. The contents of the said letter have been referred to by the learned District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in his covering letter dated 28.01.2019. 2.

Having regard to the contents of the aforesaid letter dated 25.01.2019, wherein the learned Additional Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi CRL.C.REF. 2/2018
