This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Civil Suit NO. 968/2014 titled Dharampal Chabbra v. Gagan Kakkar from District Court, Tis Hazari to District Court, Saket.

It is noted that vide order dated 3rd December, 2015, the suit being CS(OS) 968/2014 titled as Dharampal Chabbra v. Gagan Kakkar was transferred from this Court to the Court of District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari.

Mr. Ashish Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my

attention to order dated 28th March, 2016 passed by Additional District Judge-08, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi, wherein the ld. Judge has noted the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner that as the Suit property is situated at Chattarpur, Village Satbari which falls within the jurisdiction of the South District. According to Mr. Mohan, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case from the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi to the District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket, New Delhi. 4.

Noting the above, Suit being CS 968/2014 is transferred to the Court of the District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Court, Delhi. Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi on 29th July, 2016.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
