% 14.01.2019 Pursuant to order of this court dated 24.7.2018 the respondent has paid necessary sum of Rs.4,00,650/- to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the order of this court there is a sum of Rs.1,70,700/- towards liquidated damages which also has been claimed by the petitioner. He seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate steps as per law for recovery of this balance amount of Rs.1,70,700/-.
