% 12.12.2018 Considering the status report filed by the respondent No.1/GNCTD indicating that the students have been shifted as is indicated in the status report filed on 06.09.2018, particularly, Para 6 thereof, now no further indulgence into the matter is called for at the instance of the present petitioner in a Public Interest Litigation. The question of repairing or granting aid to the Institute in question cannot be and will not be treated by us in this Public Interest Litigation. Interest of the students having been taken care of, we dispose of the writ petition having been satisfied with the manner in which the students have been accommodated. The pending application also stands disposed of.
