1. This is a joint application filed on behalf of the petitioner and respondent no. 1 for taking settlement agreement dated 12.09.2025 on record and to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the settlement agreement.

2. Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter has been settled in Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre as per the settlement agreement dated 12.09.2025. 4. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to rectify/change the name of the petitioner in FDR, standing in the name of SIS Associates to be rectified/changed in the name of Shri. Sayed Sadique Imam.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

6. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue afresh FDR in the name Shri. Sayed Sadique Imam, as prayed for in the application.

7. The application stands disposed of.
