% 31.05.2016 The present petition has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 17.03.2016 vide which the learned Additional Sessions Judge cancelled the interim bail which was granted for a period of five months to make the payment and if the condition was not fulfilled, the interim bail would automatically come to an end. Perusal of the order shows that the interim bail was granted uptill 15.03.2016 vide order dated 06.11.2015. Vide order dated 19.01.2016, it was made clear that if the entire payment was not made by the accused by 15.03.2016, the interim bail would automatically stand cancelled. The learned Additional Sessions Judge refused to extend the interim bail and aggrieved by the same, the

present petition has been filed.

In the facts and circumstances, the present petition and application Crl.M.A. 8792/2016 as submitted by the counsel for the petitioner are disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to move a fresh bail application which should be considered on its merits. Dasti.
