% 19.10.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present application u/s 438 Cr PC to seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.190/2016 under Section 380/34 IPC. The submission of counsel for the petitioner is that apart from the complainant, other two sisters of the complainant were also getting their makeup done at the petitioner's salon, and they remained present when the complainant left the salon. He further submits that apart from the petitioner, there were several other workers in the salon. He submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents. He further states that the petitioner has joined the investigation on several occasions and is ready and willing to do so in future as well. Lastly, he submits that to show her bonafides, without it constituting

an admission of guilt, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit in this court the amount which this Court considers appropriate, considering the value of the jewellery that the complainant claims to have been stolen. According to the complaint, the weight of the jewellery left at the salon was 50 gms in all.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions and the defences of the petitioner, let the petitioner deposit in this court an amount of Rs.1 lakh within four weeks. Subject to the deposit being made and the petitioner continuing to join the investigation as and when called for, in case of her arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon her furnishing a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The application stands disposed of.
