% 04.06.2018 W.P.(C) 6541/2018 & CM Nos.24995/2018, 24969/2018 Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that there is no proposal to seal the guest house, namely, Westend Inn and there is a hearing fixed before the authority on 14th June, 2018. She has handed over a copy of the notice dated 1st June, 2018 by which the Petitioner has been called for hearing.

In this view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for SDMC, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The Respondent shall pass a speaking order after hearing the Petitioner.

Petitioner shall be given 10 days time from date of receipt of the speaking order, to avail his remedies in accordance with law. Petition along with pending applications stand disposed of.
