O R D E R

% 08.11.2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that for a long time, the petitioner has not been giving any instructions. Mr. Mann has pointed out that the closure report has already been filed before the court after investigation. The petitioner has also instituted a complaint case being CC 114/1/2009 and he has stated that the same may be treated as a protest petition by the petitioner to the closure report.

This being the position, I am not inclined to grant any further adjournment in the case. The petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present petition in the aforesaid background. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
