O R D E R

% 12.02.2018 The learned counsel for the parties agree that the present contempt petition can be disposed of, noting the undertaking of the petitioner, who is present in the Court that he shall withdraw the execution proceedings i.e. Ex.P.No. 39/2014, pending in Tis Hazari Courts, in which, the next date of hearing is March 9, 2018.

Mr.S.K.Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent shall also abide by the undertaking No. (vii) given before this Court on September 25, 2012 inasmuch as the respondent shall cooperate with the petitioner and his mother for securing the quashing of

FIR No. 464/2008, Police Station Kalkaji in Crl.M.C. 1066/2016 pending in this Court and listed on March 1, 2018.

Noting the aforesaid submissions, the present contempt proceedings are closed.
