In view of the fact that the appeal by the statutory authority under Section 18 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 has been decided and the matter has been remanded back to the competent authority, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw this appeal with liberty to appear before the competent authority and ventilate his grievance with respect to order dated 07.02.2018. 2.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned writ court imposing a costs of Rs.20,000/- on the LPA 331/2018

appellant while dismissing interlocutory CM No.22709/2018 stands set aside.
