% 09.09.2016 In terms of the last order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The supplementary charge-sheet is ready and shall be filed shortly. In view of the aforesaid, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. The petition is accordingly allowed. In case of the petitioner's arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the like amount in the sum of Rs. 20000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called for in future as well and he shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
