O R D E R

% 06.12.2016 By an order dated 04.11.2016, this Court had proposed to appoint Mr M. S. Sabharwal, ADJ (Retired) as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

However, the appointment was deferred awaiting the disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The proposed Arbitrator has since made the necessary disclosure.

There is no objection to the same.

Accordingly, Mr M. S.

Sabharwal, ADJ (Retired) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitrator shall fix his fees in consultation with the parties; however, the aggregate fees shall not exceed Rs. 3,50,000/-. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing the schedule for further proceedings.

The petition is disposed of.
