The parties have entered into a settlement and in accordance with one of the terms thereof, the plaintiff prays for leave to withdraw the present Suit.

The Suit is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

As the parties have entered into a settlement at the initial stage of the suit itself, the plaintiff is entitled to a refund of 50% of the Court Fee deposited by it.

The Registry is directed to issue a Certificate of Refund and hand it over to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.
