% 19.05.2016 CS(OS) 2552/2007 As per office note, process fee filed for service of defendant no.6 by publication has been returned under objection. Learned counsel for plaintiff has stated that the said objection could not be removed as inadvertently in IA No. 15649/2015 under Order V Rule 20 r/w section 151 CPC, it was mentioned that defendant no. 6 may be permitted to be served by publication whereas in the new amended memo of parties, the said defendant is defendant no.5 and that he would move an appropriate application, rectifying the said mistake.

Learned counsels for parties have jointly stated that the matter needs to be transferred to Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District Contd......2
