By the present petition filed under section 24 of the CPC the petitioner is seeking transfer of Civil Suit No.1595/2016 pending in the court of Dr.Hardeep Kaur ADJ, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi titled Ashok Sharma vs.Suresh Kumar Sharma and Civil Suit No.784/2014 pending in the Court of Shri Anurag Sain, ADJ, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi titled as S.K.Sharma vs. Ashok Sharma to the appropriate court dealing with District Shahdara.

Respondent is served. No reply or objection has been filed by the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 16.5.2016 before Shri Anurag Sain,ADJ, in the case titled S.K.Sharma vs. Ashok Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondent had stated that he has no objection if the other case pending between the parties before the court of TRP.(C)61/2016

Dr.Hardeep Kaur be tried by one court.

In view of the above, both the matters stand transferred to the concerned court at Karkardooma dealing with District Shahdara. 5.

Petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.

Parties to appear before the concerned District Judge on 11.1.2017. JAYANT NATH, J.
