MA No. 11204/2019 (under Section 482 Cr.PC filed by the petitioner for directions) At request of Mr. Ravi Nayak, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, in order to enable the Delhi Police, to place on record an affidavit elaborating the steps taken by them, in terms of paragraph 13 of the Judgment and Order dated 20th August, 2018, passed by this Court, in Crl. L.P. No. 526/2018, in relation to the further investigation, evidence unearthed by them, to zero in on the perpetrator of the subject crime, the hearing of the application is adjourned.

Let the affidavit, to be authored by the DCP of the concerned area, be filed within a period of four weeks from today, with an advance copy to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the other side. CRL.L.P. 526/2018
