Vide the instant application, the applicant seeks recalling of the order dated 14.12.2015, whereby this Court dismissed the petition in default and for non-prosecution as well.

Vide order dated 17.09.2013, the petitioner was directed to produce the upto date original minutes of the Board Meetings held from 2009 onwards. However, the said order has not been complied with till 14.12.2015, i.e., even after passing more than two years. Moreover, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner on 14.12.2015. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner/applicant, I find no grounds in the instant application for recalling the order dated 14.12.2015.
