The present matter has been taken up on office note. By previous order dated 04th August, 2025, the following directions were issued: "7. Parties are directed to appear before the Appellate Court of Sessions on 14th August, 2025.

8. A copy of the order be sent to the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge for necessary information, compliance and for listing of the matter before the concerned Appellate Court on 12th August, 2025."

It seems that inadvertently different dates are given for listing of matter and appearance of parties before the Sessions Court. 3.

In view of the above, order dated 04th August, 2025 is modified and shall now reads as under:

"7. Parties are directed to appear before the Appellate Court of Sessions on 14th August, 2025.

8. A copy of the order be sent to the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge for necessary information, compliance and for listing of the matter before the concerned Appellate Court on 14th August, 2025."
