% 03.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already moved an application before the Trial Court seeking same relief, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if aggrieved by the order passed by the Trial Court. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
