% 20.09.2018 Plaintiff wishes to unconditionally withdraw the present suit. Statement of the Plaintiff has been recorded separately. The Will dated 10th April 2017 of Shri. Krishan Sharma has been shown to the Plaintiff. He has admitted his signatures on the last page of the Will but disputed the contents of the Will. A copy of the same, duly certified by the Court Master, is retained on record. The original Will, which was confronted to the Plaintiff, is returned to the Defendant.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Vinod Bhardwaj - Plaintiff along with counsel Mr. Vikas Malhotra, the suit is dismissed as having been unconditionally withdrawn. All pending applications also stand infructuous. All interim orders are also, accordingly, vacated. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
