With the consent of the parties, the file is taken up today for disposal as the petitioner intends to withdraw the revision petition, to which, the respondent has no objection.

The application stands disposed of.

CRL.REV.P. 516/2014 & CRL.M.A.No.13413/14 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to raise all

these issues before the Trial Court and before the Appellate Court in case conviction takes place. To this, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these issues before the Trial Court and in case conviction takes place also before the Appellate Court as per law.

The Trial Court shall be at liberty to pronounce judgment on merits and the directions contained in the order dated 22.03.2018 staying the pronouncement of the final judgment till the next date of hearing i.e. 10.07.2018 are withdrawn.

Order 'dasti.'

5.

The date already fixed in the matter i.e. 10.07.2018 stands cancelled.
