Learned counsel appearing for CBI states, upon instructions, that the factum of death of the appellant has been verified and to substantiate his submissions he submits that the appellant has also preferred Crl.Appeal No.941/2017 wherein the factum of death of the appellant already stands verified in the order dated 11.09.2023. He has handed over a copy of death certificate of the appellant which is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in the present appeal stands abated and the appeal is disposed of accordingly.
