By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months for getting his medical treatment conducted and also to maintain social ties.

Notice. Ms.Kamna Vohra, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice on behalf of State.

Along with the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed on record copy of the letter written by him to Superintendent of Jail, seeking parole for a period of three months wherein as per column No. 10, i.e. Date of last return from parole, it is mentioned that he has returned from parole on 28th April, 2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
