For the said reason, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

Even on merits, as per the order dated 06.10.2010, notice was issued in the present petition only on the limited ground to challenge the order dated 04.08.2010. Para 13 & 14 of the order dated 06.102.2010 read as under: "13 It was put to the complainant that an inquiry/investigation in her own interest. However, she feels that in view of the case law, she is entitled to question and challenge the order dated 4th August, 2010.

The FIR was registered and after completion of investigation, a closure report has been filed against the petitioner i.e. Ms. K. Balasaraswathi. I am informed that till date, no protest petition has been filed by any of the aggrieved parties.

For the said reasons, even on merits, the present petition has become infructuous.
