% 08.12.2016 Since the order in question out of which the present contempt proceedings arises was passed in a Regular First Appeal arising out of a civil suit for possession and damages filed by the petitioner, this Court disposes of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an execution proceeding.

This Court may mention that it has passed the present order since the petitioner has an alternative effective remedy by way of execution proceedings.

With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
