The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that this court may kindly allow the Petitioners to withdraw the present petition, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the captioned petition the matter has been settled with respondent no. 2/Jasmine Kaur vide MoU dated 09.12.2023. It is further pointed out that on the basis of the said MoU a fresh petition under Section 482 of the CrPC being CRL.M.C. 6473/2023 has been filed. 3.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
