CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA
O R D E R
% 03.08.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish ties and admit his 5 year old daughter in a school. As per the status report the permanent address of the petitioner i.e. 16/989 E, Khalsa Nagar, Tank Road, Bapa Nagar, Karol Bagh has been verified. The other family members of the petitioner i.e. his mother, sisterin-laws are also residing over there. Though as per the status report admission process is already complete in all the schools, however considering the fact that some schools even take late admission and further the petitioner was earlier granted parole with effect from 17th August, 2015 when he surrendered in time and there is no allegation that he misused the concession, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 1690/2016
It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ concerned MM/ Duty Magistrate. Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
