O R D E R

% 13.06.2016 IA No.7636/2016 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) In a suit for infringement of copyright, rendition of accounts, damages etc. the present application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC has been jointly moved by the parties to record their settlement. This application is duly accompanied by the affidavits of the authorized signatories/attorney of the parties and is also signed by counsel for the parties. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit and the applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement, which will continue to bind the parties.

The plaintiff has been delivered a cheque of Rs.9.90 lac as costs by the defendants in terms of para 6 of the instant application. It is undertaken by defendants that the same shall be honoured upon CS (COMM) 601/2016

presentation.

In view of the above, the defendants are permitted to de-seal the computer and storage media which were seized and sealed by the Local Commissioner.

The next date i.e. 25th October, 2016 fixed in this case is cancelled. Dasti.
