% 08.07.2017 This writ petition challenges the award 27.03.2014 whereby the respondent was directed to be reinstated in service with 50% back wages. In writ petition the petitioner/management has already deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on April, 2015. During negotiations, the matter is now settled between the parties for a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims apart from the litigation expenses, payable by the management to the workman. The balance amount after deducting Rs.1,00,000/- so deposited along with its accrued interest, be deposited by the petitioner within three months from today, besides the litigation expenses of Rs.15,000/-. This shall be in full and final

settlement of all claims. The amount already deposited be released to the workman forthwith. Nothing remains in the petition. In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. Order dasti.
