Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 3rd December, 2014, the writ Court directed the respondents to provide the documents sought for by the petitioner within a period of three months on payment of the necessary charges.
It is submitted that the documents provided by the respondent under the cover of letter dated 29th August, 2015 pertain to some other account and therefore, the petitioner is seeking correct information/documents.

Learned counsel for the respondent present in Court on advance notice submits that the respondent shall ensure the compliance of the order dated 3rd December, 2014 within a period of 45 days from today. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent. 4.
The petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent shall remain bound by the statement given to this Court.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
