O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 21/2018 This petition has been filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking assistance of this Court to summon the witness mentioned in the petition.

The Arbitrator by his order dated 23.12.2017 has already granted permission to the petitioner to summon the said witness. In view of the above, let summons for appearance of Sh. Pankaj Mittal 04, GC , Grand 2C , Vaibhav Khand , Indirapuram, Gaziabad Pin201010 be issued for appearance before the Arbitrator Mr. Gurdeep Kumar, D&SJ(Retired) on 23.07.2018 at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre at 11:00 a.m. The witness shall be paid diet money upon his appearance before the Arbitrator by the petitioner.

Summons may be given dasti to the petitioner for service on the

witness.
