The present applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner/appellant for withdrawal of the present petition and the appeal. 2.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings before this Court, with intervention of the family members, common friends/colleagues and keeping in mind the family values, the petitioner/appellant has amicably resolved the dispute, and as such, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") dated 24th September, 2025, which records the full and final settlement of all claims, rights and disputes of the petitioner/appellant. 3.
A copy of the MOU dated 24th September, 2025 has been placed on record, along with the present applications.

The parties who are signatories to the MOU are also present before the Court.

Thus, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submits that in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties and in terms of the MOU dated 24th September, 2025, the petitioner/appellant does not wish to pursue the present petition and appeal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
any further and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same. 6.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the present applications are allowed and the petition and appeal are permitted to be withdrawn.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the petitioner/appellant is permitted to withdraw the present petition and appeal, in terms of the MOU dated 24th September, 2025. 8.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, the present applications are allowed and present petition and appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. 9.
