% 27.05.2016 Crl.M.A. 8769/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 2064/2016 The present petitioner has been received on transfer. The present petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C r/w Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Crl.Rev.No 33/2015 and seeking restoration of complaint case No.106/03/2011. During the course of arguments, it has been submitted that another petition bearing Crl.M.C. 4953/2015 has also been filed by the petitioners seeking the restoration of Complaint No.106/03.

Apparently, by way of present petition also, the petitioners have sought

the restoration of same complaint case.

At this stage, the petitioner no.1 wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to move afresh after making necessary corrections.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
