% 11.07.2016 CM No.22998/2016 (for directions) By order dated 23.05.2016, the writ petition of the petitioner was dismissed in view of the order passed in a similar writ petition being Pooja Verma v. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University & Ors. [WP(C) 3835/2016].

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the LPA No.284/2016, filed against dismissal of the said writ petition, the Division Bench of this Court directed refund of the fee paid by the petitioner therein. Similar relief is sought by the petitioner in the present case.

She, however, contends that partial refund has been granted by the respondent No.2 and some balance amount is still to be received.
