CONT.CAS(C) 674/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10th August, 2015 in RFA 260/2003 and 275/2003, the Court directed the petitioner's to make a proposal to the bank within 15 days whereupon the bank shall consider and pass reasonable order within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is submitted that the petitioner made a proposal for settlement to the bank which has been rejected by the bank vide order dated 11th February, 2016.

No case for violation of the order dated 11th February, 2016 is made by the petitioner.

The petition is therefore dismissed.
