% 26.10.2016 I have allowed the bail application preferred by the co-accused, who is the son of the petitioner in the present case. The son of the petitioner, who is married to the complainant, and on account of the matrimonial disputes between them, the FIR No.325/2016 under Section 406/498A/34 IPC and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act at PS Prashant Vihar came to be registered.
