% 18.02.2019 C.M.No.7666/2019 (delay of 118 days in depositing the amount in terms of the order dated 19.09.2018.) 1.
Vide the present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks further extension of time for depositing the amount as directed by the Employees Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal as a pre-condition for entertaining the petitioner's appeal, which time, at the request of the petitioner, had been extended by four weeks by this Court vide its order dated 19.09.2018.

A perusal of the order dated 19.09.2018 shows that this Court, while granting four weeks' time to the petitioner to deposit the said amount, had after specifically observing that the time shall not be extended under any circumstances, disposed off the writ petition. 3.
In these circumstances, the present application seeking further extension ought to be considered by the same Bench, i.e., HMJ C.Hari
Shankar which had disposed off the petition. At request, list before the same Bench on 22.02.2019, subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
