% 05.05.2017 The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant for grant of anticipatory bail in a case arising out of FIR No.92/2017 registered under Sections 323/342/354-B/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi.

It has been submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that notice under Section 41 Cr.P.C. was issued to the applicant and that the applicant has joined the investigation.

Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required for the purpose of arrest.

In view of the above scenario, this bail application is disposed of.
