1. Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is satisfied that his daughter is safely residing with her in-laws and husband along with her two minor children at Bihar. Therefore, the Petitioner does not seek any further relief and wishes to withdraw the present petition.
2. It may be mentioned that according to the status report filed by Inspector Ravinder Malik, Station House Officer ('SHO') of Police Station ('PS') I.P. Estate, New Delhi, Guriya Kumari (Respondent No.2) the daughter of the Petitioner, informed him that she is residing with her in-laws, her husband and children at Mohalla Amlapatti, Motihari, District Champaran, Bihar and never visited Delhi between 28th May and 2nd June, 2018. The Court is informed that Respondent
No. 2 and her two minor daughters have been asked to remain present in the Court today and have in fact reached here.
3. However, in view of the above statement made on behalf of the Petitioner, no further directions are called for. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
