% 14.07.2016 In the present FIR, complainant as alleged that she was brought from her village to Delhi by one Shiva Munda on the pretext that he would provide her good education in Delhi. However, Shiva Munda left her with one Deepika.

One Kuldeep, who used to visit Deepika, took her to the house of one Prem Sapra where she was engaged as a domestic servant on a monthly salary of `2,500/-. However, Deepika used to take salary of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner has been named in the statement of complainant recorded under Section 164

Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated and his name was taken by the complainant after she was tutored.

Petitioner is in custody for the last five months. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
